Well, I couldn't sleep last night so I stayed up and watched The Saint (mm, Val Kilmer) and the first episode of Dexter randomly. I like it! We have the first season on DVD since my dad really loves it, so I'll probably watch the rest of it this week.

Anyway so I eventually fell asleep but not til 2AM or so...which led to me oversleeping and not being ready when my mom was ready to leave D: I thought about calling in sick but decided to be good and go in anyway. I got my dad to take me to the Metro which was CRAZILY packed for some reason (normally it's fairly empty at Silver Spring) and got to work.

About an hour after getting in I started to actually feel sick - upset stomach, headache, a little dizzy. I wish I had just called in anyway :( Oh well, nothing I can do about it now I guess.

Normally I can tune out all of what's going on around me at work (I sit in an area where people are on the phone for the first 4 hours of the day every day) but today I am going to shoot myself if I have to listen to this til noon.

A very good weekend for me! GARONA'S FINALLY DROPPED AND I WON THE ROLL \O/ So that was an exciting and fun day of Kara. The second day went a bit more slowly and we ended up not downing Prince or Netherspite, but made decent attempts.

Second exciting piece of news, my priest hit 70! So now she has the awesomeness that is Primal Mooncloth...mixed in with crap of the Prophet greens, lulz. Time to run some normal instances! It's so disheartening to go back to a poky slow flying mount and realize you have zero rep with anyone, blergh. I'm hoping to get her ready for next Kara (next weekend) so hopefully I'll be able to do that! I need better pieces so I can enchant them and I need to not be so freaking squishy!
